Bed time and Ikea
Had a really lovely afternoon yesterday with my friend Rachel and her 9 month old Harry. Picked Zak up from school and all went to Ikea for the afternoon. Just had really nice time, apart from when Harry decided to be sick - luckily it was when we were right at the end of our trip!!
Bedtime went well last night. Put Maisey to bed at seven and she cried and cried for fifteen mins then put herself into bed and went to sleep, so then put Zak to bed and both of them were fast asleep by about 7.25 - hurrah!!! Will try that again tonight. Was really nice to have some 1:1 time with Zak as well - we get a bit when Maisey sleeps in the day time but its his chill time as well so normally doesnt want to do that much.
Well its 9.46 and I've already hung out two loads of washing, dusted and hoovered our room and the kids room, and taken Zak to Tamlyns. Off to the village in a mo to have a cup of tea with my friends!!!
