Sunny sunny holidays

We have just come back from a WONDERFUL holiday! We went away with three other families to our dear friend Rob's friends cottage near Abadaren (dont know if spelt right) in North Wales. We camped in the grounds in our good old faithfull tent!!! The weather has been amazing and we have had four days on the beach in glorious sunshine with beautiful sand - who needs foreign countries (well the sea would have been warmer!!!!). We only had one morning of rain!! The kids loved it - Zak was really sad to come home. The man who owns the cottage had built a tree house and the kids (6 of them and a baby) spent most of the time we were at the cottage playing in and around the tree house. Zak at one point during the week was not only 'attached' to Orange Mills but also to a yellow toy car, a pebble he had collected from the beach and a big wooden 'stick' - bless him!!! Carrying all those things around must be tricky!! Think he is feeling a tad insecure at the moment and clinging onto anything that he can!!!  Maisey seems to have taken a backwards step in regards to the toilet though! She has wet herself so many times in the last 48 hours - not sure if it is because when we were on the beach the toilets were miles away so we took her to the top of the beach and let her wee on the sand. It's a pain though having wet knickers, skirts and car seat though!!!

This entry is probably really random and badly written!! I'm tired and need a bath!! Will write some more bits when I have some time!! We are moving this week to Rugby so lots of goodbyes and packing to do. It's a very special day tomorrow as Harry is being Christened and we have the honour of being his God parents. It's going to be a good day!!
