Last March of the E.N.T.'s...

So it happened - I had my lovely visit to the Ear, Nose Throat specialist this morning, and I've never been so pushed, prodded and man-handled in a public place!!

I had metal bit shoved up my nostrils, wood stuck in my mouth, and a lovely big camera wedged up my nose and down into my throat. Lovely.

And the end result - I have a raw patch on my voicebox which may be caused by acid reflux, so I have a new presription to try and solve that one.

And also, I have a wierd (yes, wIErd) wisdom tooth that's come through on a strange angle which is causing the pain under my jaw, so I probably have to have that removed now. GREAT!!

And I still can't feel my throat properly after the local anesthetic they squirted up my nose (boy did it taste disgusting).

And now I'm back at work, uploading resources the the new NSYFC forum. What an interesting life I lead.
