Lessons in Leadership...

It's been so long since I posted anything on this blog, and that's primarily because I've been very busy and away at a leaders conference for a few days.

Having said that, the conference (known as MLS) was phenominal and I got to meet an amazing group of people, all of whom are exploring their calling into leadership.

What that actually means is that I'm now trying to step up a bit and be more intentional about my role in YFC and start back on the treadmill of personal development - which I'm really excited about - honestly!!

Anyway, as I spend the next year attending various retreats, studying leadership books, studying influential characters and attempting mind-numbingly scary tasks I've decided that rather than boring you all to death with the stuff I'm working through, I'm going to kick-start a whole new seperate blogging experience for reflections on leadership etc. If that sort of thing iterests you, you can check it out by clicking here.
