Plumbing is from the DEVIL!!
No wonder plumbers charge the earth for (what seem like) simple tasks.
I plumbed in a new bath this weekend (with help from my aging father) and it took soooo long. We decided to put the new bath the other way round in the room so we can eventually fit a shower, so we needed to extend loads of pipework, and all that went pretty well, the only problem was that I spent ages trying to attach the pipes to the taps, but the just wouldn't fit. Turns out, new taps have a different type fitting to old ones, so I've now got the right bits and it's all working just fine.
And it means that once again I learned something new...

- taking bricks from the main structure of your house encourages sleepless nights!!
