The Gaping Hole...
It appears that the neigbours whose garden backs diagonally onto ours have installed a new shed while we've been out today - and destroyed a huge part of our hedge in the process. So we now have access to both of our neigbour's gardens (including the fish pond), and a pretty ugly mess where our nice hedge used to be. The strange thing is, I'm fairly confident that the hedge WAS actually ours, so I have no idea where we stand in regard to asking them to replace it. Very GRRRRR!!

Nice!!!!!! if they have put their shed in your garden they are in deep trouble!!! need to get a copy of the deeds of your house and see what it says about boundaries, plus which hedge belongs to which house. Think they least they could do is put up a fence for the gap!!!! Plus you must not allow them access into your garden to paint the shed, otherwise can get them for trespassing!!!Which they must have already done to put shed up, any foot prints!!! Think you should ask Lara's father, or some Solicitors give you free half hour consultation or speak to Citizens advice. After all if they have done wrong they could also be endangering your children straying into next doors fish pond.
That hedge was a pain to cut - although as i remember i was brilliant at it!
ha ha - i was rubbish, which is maybe why you never let me try again!!
Is rubbish though man - maybe solve it with a shotgun, thats the Audley way aint it!!
